Welcome to BreezeTags, the web and mobile sharing services and applications where you can share your web favorites with your friends. We, Viestex Oy, the company providing the BreezeTags service take your privacy seriously; therefore, below we provide you with our privacy policy, where we intend to be transparent about any information we collect, how we intend to use it to your benefit, and what choices you have when you register with us and use BreezeTags.

Information Collected by BreezeTags
Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of our features such as sending Short Message Service (SMS), send e-mail, share and recover historical information functionality unless you register with us. To create an account for the BreezeTags services, we require you to provide your name, date of birth (to comply with legal requirements), email address and phone number.
We use and store the Personal Information we collect internally to deliver the best possible service to you, such as :
Depending on how you interact with BreezeTags you provide us with information, which may include:
(a) your name, email address, age (to comply with legal requirements), user name, password, phone number and other registration information;
(b) your interaction with BreezeTags features and advertisements;

Resumes are requested for job applicants and are used to evaluate the candidate. Resumes are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any entity unrelated to BreezeTags.
We may also disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to
i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request,
ii) enforce our Terms of Use or software end-user license, including investigations of potential violations thereof,

iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of BreezeTags, its users, yourself or the public.
Advertising
Advertisements that appear on BreezeTags Site, or users' mobile phone are delivered to users by BreezeTags and/or our advertisers. We and our advertisers may from time-to-time use advertising network providers, including our own network services and third party networks, to help present advertisements on BreezeTags and other Web sites. These advertisers and ad networks use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies on your browser to help present offers, better target and measure the effectiveness of their advertisements by using data gathered on an anonymous basis over time and across their network of Web pages to determine the preference of their audiences. Please be sure to keep your userID and password secure since this is necessary to retrieve your previous contact list, should you change phones.
Canceling the service
You have the right to cancel partialy or totally your account with BreezeTags at anytime. It is possible to cancel partialy or totally the services that BreezeTags provide to you at any time. You have the option to opt-out from receiving mobile text messages from BreezeTags by controling your settings in your Profiles page or by sending a textmesage with the writen text "STOP" to 999999.
BreezeTags may terminate User's membership, delete his/her personal
information and data including the profile and any content or
information that the User has posted on the Site or through the Service
and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Service or the
Site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion,
with or without notice, in case the User violates BreezeTags' Terms of Service.
Use of Information
We will use your name so that we can personalize your experience. We will use your email address to contact you from time to time and we will use your email address for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are.
